We proudly allow Cats and Dogs here at Charleston Landings and are one of very few communities with no pet size restrictions. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

Pet Regulations: Pets Allowed
Details: Charleston Landings is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to 2 pets per home with no weight restrictions for cats and dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet up to 49 lbs. and $500 per pet 50 lbs. and over. There is an additional monthly rent of $20 per pet. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
